My Approach
I’m not your typical strategist—and that’s kind of the point.
I didn’t climb the traditional ladder. I built my own steps, asked different questions, and figured things out as I went. Now I help other leaders do the same—with more clarity, better systems, and a lot less chaos.
I work with mission-driven teams, bold thinkers, and people building things that actually work—for the humans responsible for delivering them. Whether it’s inclusive hiring, human-centered leadership, or turning a vision into something operational (and fundable), I’m the person people call when they’re stuck, scaling, or ready to build something real.
You may know me as the founding Executive Director of the Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation, the woman behind the Second Chance Business Coalition, or the co-founder of Talent Nova. Across 15+ years, I’ve launched national initiatives, advised corporate leaders, trained thousands of professionals, and authored frameworks adopted by Fortune 500s. But at the core? I build bold systems that center people—especially those who’ve been excluded from opportunity.
